Bicycle Interval Training, Tabata Training, Quick Fat Los...

www.RawAndFit.com http www.RawAndFit.com Hey! What a great morning bike ride. I wanted to share with you what I've been up to on this beautiful day in Northern Michigan. Today, I did an interval training (also called tabata training) on my bicycle. Basically, it's warming up for 5 miles, then sprinting on the bike for 1 min, then resting for 2 min, sprinting for 1 min, resting for 2 min, and again, sprinting for 1 min, then resting for 2 min. My rests are me still on the bike, working at a moderate level. This is an excellent way to lose fat quickly. I have seen countless reports on the benefits of interval training for getting your heart rate into zone 4 and zone 5, for long enough to kick-start your metabolism into get, burning fat and making you feel AWESOME. The best part of the ride is how it makes me feel for the rest of the day. I have a TON of energy right now, and I won't crash. If you're interested in learning more about getting MASSIVE ENERGY in your life, and how to get more energy to do the things you want to do, check out www.Massive-Energy.com AND http You'll be very happy you did! Now, I'm going to whip up some carrot juice and do a bit of yoga! Have a beautiful day! -- Casey
